Made the nipples more realistic. They also have color control for different skin tones (not shown). Used layer weight nodes for giving them a glossy look. Also developed some shape keys for nipple arousal control.
Not sure if it's overkill but I might just do a jiggle rig specifically for the nipples so the tips bouncy around independently...

I think maybe the skin can still be better, but it's hard to get something working in tandem with subsurface scattering. And I feel like I really want to keep the subsurface scattering look on the skin. Maybe the bump texture can improve more... right now it's just noise.
